Some projects ask everything of you. This was one of them. The owners were not local. They extended their full trust to a team on the ground to exercise judgment on their behalf.
We assembled and managed the complete project team — general contractor, interior designer, landscape architect, low-voltage consultant, and a Miami pool designer for a sixty-foot entertaining pool. The home's defining character is its arches: level 5 drywall in interior hallways, stucco surrounds at exterior windows. Executed at 11,000 square feet with complete consistency.
