The Arch House

The owners were not local. They had exacting standards and, by necessity, extended their full trust to a team on the ground to exercise judgment on their behalf.

We assembled and managed the complete project team — general contractor, interior designer, landscape architect, low-voltage consultant, and a pool designer engaged from Miami to conceive a sixty-foot entertaining pool suited to the scale and ambition of the property. Day-to-day decisions were made with directness and accountability, reserving client consultation for the choices that genuinely warranted it.

The home's defining architectural character is its arches: level 5 drywall in the interior hallways, stucco surround work at the exterior windows and facade. Executed at 11,000 square feet, with complete consistency throughout.
